A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Manager- Payroll & Benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure, implement, and launch US Payroll and Benefits Administration systems for clients
  • Support customer onboarding and resolve issues related to payroll and benefits administration
  • Provide high-quality guidance and expertise as a trusted advisor during the implementation process
Required Qualifications
  • In-depth knowledge of implementation and configuration of benefits administration solutions and US Payroll systems
  • Experience managing multiple customers and meeting go-live deadlines
  • Ability to guide customers through system integrations and provide in-depth training
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and the technology industry
  • Experience with complex reconciliations and spotting anomalies in payroll processes
