Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Implementation Ops.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and optimize the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, identifying and eliminating bottlenecks
• Develop and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and enablement resources for frontline teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align implementation processes with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations, with at least 3 years in customer success, onboarding, or post-sale operations
• Strong Salesforce experience, including report and dashboard design
• Proven experience in building measurable processes at scale
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in operational workflows
• Ability to work in a player-coach role with potential for team growth
