Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Success Partner to lead and manage client implementations in healthcare organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations at assigned clients and run project management meetings
• Guide clients through the implementation journey, including assessments, configuration, training, and go-live support
• Gather client feedback and collaborate with R&D to resolve issues while ensuring client satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, client success, or project management, preferably in healthcare or enterprise SaaS
• Strong experience managing client operations and running project management meetings
• Familiarity with healthcare operations and workflows
• Demonstrated ability to resolve escalations and manage competing priorities
• Collaborative mindset with a focus on delivering results and creating value for clients
