Senior Implementation Project Lead

Job Summary

Owning the full implementation lifecycle, the full-time Senior Implementation Project Lead will manage customer implementations across various solutions, leading cross-functional teams to ensure successful deployments and exceptional customer experiences in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple concurrent implementation projects, from Sales handoff through production deployment and stabilization
• Develop comprehensive implementation strategies, project plans, and risk mitigation plans that align with customer objectives
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and stakeholders, facilitating project governance and ensuring successful delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in leading customer-facing implementations or enterprise project management
• Demonstrated success managing complex, cross-functional implementations from initiation through production deployment
• Experience with healthcare technology, SaaS software, EHR integrations, or enterprise software implementations preferred
• Proficiency with project management platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
