Senior Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead the onboarding experience of new clients' transition to software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conversion of clients to software applications by effectively working with internal and external stakeholders
• Establish strong working relationships with clients based on clear expectation-setting and mutual trust building
• Monitor implementation progress and communicate regularly with stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Four-year degree in Business Administration, MIS, or similar
• Prior project management experience with multi product implementations and/or Pm certification strongly preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in a client service position with face to face client exposure
• Working knowledge of/experience with HCM software preferred
• Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills
