Senior Implementation Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Project Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the customer lifecycle from sale to "Go-Live," ensuring alignment with client business goals
• Act as the primary liaison between client sponsors and internal teams
• Proactively identify risks and manage conflicts to ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and equivalent experience
• 5+ years in a client-facing implementation or project management role within a B2B SaaS environment
• Experience with SaaS implementation, including API integrations and data migrations
• Proficiency in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
• PMP or PM certification(s) is a plus
