Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software implementations at health system clients
• Own project timelines, milestones, risk tracking, and customer-facing status reporting
• Coordinate internal resources and drive accountability across stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years managing enterprise software implementations in healthcare
• Strong working knowledge of EHR environments, preferably Epic
• Ability to triage technical blockers without frequent escalation
• Track record of maintaining timelines across multi-stakeholder organizations
• Project Management certification (CAPM, PMP) preferred
