Senior Implementation Project Specialist

Job Summary

Leading implementation activities for new and existing clients, the full-time Senior Implementation Project Specialist will ensure timely delivery of solutions aligned with client requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams throughout the implementation lifecycle
• Lead projects from initial planning through final implementation, coordinating activities with internal resources and external stakeholders
• Develop and maintain project plans, task lists, timelines, and status updates to support delivery against client requirements

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, implementation, or project management supporting client delivery
• 4+ years of experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a client-facing environment
• Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for project documentation and reporting
• High school diploma, GED, associate degree, or higher, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience documenting implementation procedures and supporting issue resolution across cross-functional teams
