Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, or customer success roles in a SaaS or technology environment
• Proven track record of independently delivering complex SaaS implementations
• Strong technical depth in designing and troubleshooting multi-system integrations and advanced configurations
• Experience in authoring and maintaining implementation documentation
• Ability to manage senior customer stakeholders through complex implementations
