Senior Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Specialist to lead the implementation of services for enterprise partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Project manage the implementation of services, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
• Document requirements, execute task lists, facilitate testing, and provide status updates
• Communicate with insurance carriers and report implementation progress to the Director of Implementation

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in leading product implementations or a similar role
• Bachelor's degree, PMP certification, or equivalent experience
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Familiarity with geriatric care management or managed care
• Experience with Long Term Care and/or Medicare Advantage insurance plans is highly desirable
