Senior Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing Retention Strategy team, the full-time remote Senior Implementation Specialist will execute and oversee the technical implementation of retention marketing programs across client accounts, serving as the internal expert on Klaviyo while collaborating closely with Retention Strategists to build and maintain various marketing campaigns and experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain email and SMS campaigns, automated flows, and customer journeys within Klaviyo
• Lead migrations from other platforms and configure integrations with Shopify and other retention technology partners
• Perform technical QA across campaigns and integrations, adhering to implementation standards and troubleshooting complex issues

Required qualifications

• 3-6+ years of email, SMS, or lifecycle marketing experience
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Klaviyo Email and SMS
• Experience with platform migrations and eCommerce integrations
• Familiarity with custom events and data architecture
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
