Job Summary
To support a growing customer base, the full-time Senior Implementation Specialist will guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring effective adoption of CoLab's Design Engagement System while working remotely across Canada and the US.
Key responsibilities
- Lead customer onboarding by configuring environments, conducting training sessions, and tracking onboarding milestones
- Navigate complex enterprise deployments, adapting approaches based on customer needs and managing multi-stakeholder environments
- Build the onboarding function by creating playbooks, documenting best practices, and collaborating with Customer Education to enhance scalable learning content
Required qualifications
- 2+ years in technical implementation, onboarding, customer training, or solutions engineering (SaaS preferred)
- Strong engineering background or equivalent comfort with integrations and technical troubleshooting
- Proven ability to train users on complex technical products
- Experience managing enterprise deployments or large-scale rollouts
- Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to both engineers and executives
