Senior Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

To support ongoing client needs, the full-time Senior Implementation Specialist will manage the setup and maintenance of eligibility services technology platforms, ensuring timely communication with vendors and quality assurance testing, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and code new group setups and changes across various eligibility services technology platforms
• Communicate setup requirements and changes with vendors, navigating their systems as necessary
• Conduct quality assurance testing for new group setups and maintain project plans for client implementations

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 3-5 years of benefits administration experience with a focus on coding setup and maintenance technology
• Experience with QicLink/Cognizant preferred
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; basic Access skills preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
