Job Summary

Serving as the trusted guide for enterprise accounts, the full-time remote Senior Implementation Specialist will manage onboarding, data migration, and training while ensuring clients achieve success with the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the customer implementation journey by managing project plans and tracking milestones for enterprise accounts
• Communicate with multiple stakeholders to align priorities and drive accountability throughout the implementation process
• Facilitate structured onboarding and provide professional guidance on best practices in workflow design and change management

Required qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS implementations
• 2+ years of end-to-end technical implementation experience
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously
• Experience facilitating workshops and executive-level conversations in customer-facing environments
• Strong attention to detail and proficiency in data integrity during migrations and configurations
