Senior Implementation Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the end-to-end implementation of solutions for new customers, the full-time Senior Implementation Specialist will work remotely to ensure a positive customer experience and expedite time to value, particularly within the Enterprise segment.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and manage multiple complex implementation projects concurrently, ensuring milestones are met while aligning with stakeholders
• Develop tailored implementation plans based on customer needs, fostering strong relationships and maintaining high engagement throughout the process
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Customer Success, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to drive project progress and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience in managing complex B2B SaaS implementation and onboarding projects
• Strong understanding of configurable B2B SaaS products, including multi-step workflows and system integrations
• Proven ability to navigate change management processes and support customers in adapting to new systems
• Experience in advising on best practices to optimize software usage for customer value
• Ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and measure success
