Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Success Partner - Patient Care Coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations at assigned clients, including project management meetings and stakeholder alignment
• Guide clients through the implementation journey, from assessments to go-live support
• Gather client feedback, resolve issues, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in implementation, client success, or project management, preferably in healthcare or enterprise SaaS
• Strong experience managing daily client operations and running project management meetings
• Familiarity with healthcare operations and workflows
• Demonstrated ability to resolve escalations and manage competing priorities
• A collaborative mindset focused on delivering results and creating value for clients
