Senior Implementations Consultant

Job Summary

Leading complex, enterprise-level customer onboardings, the full-time Senior Implementations Consultant will design and execute scalable implementation frameworks while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure successful adoption of Vic.ai's AI platform in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute scalable implementation frameworks for enterprise deployments
• Own the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from post-sale handoff to go-live readiness
• Guide customers through AI-driven change and ensure implementation quality and performance

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years leading software implementations
• Strong understanding of ERP ecosystems and enterprise data workflows
• Proven experience managing complex projects with multiple technical and business workstreams
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; PMP certification is a plus
• Ability to engage and influence senior customer stakeholders effectively
