A company is looking for a Senior Implementations Specialist (SaaS B2B Finance Data).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for new customers, guiding them through complex data implementations
• Transform, clean, and validate client data for ingestion into the platform, while referencing various external data sources
• Collaborate with team members to define best practices and processes for customer support and internal operations

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis and client-facing roles
• Strong spreadsheet skills and proficiency in SQL
• Experience with APIs and reading JSON data
• Knowledge of B2B SaaS business models
• Ability to work during US-Pacific time hours
