Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementations Specialist to support client implementations and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support external clients and internal teams in implementing solutions for new and existing customers
• Project manage the implementation process to meet customer timelines and goals
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams to enhance customer experience and address issues

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant implementation or onboarding experience
• 1+ year in a customer-facing role managing stakeholders and timelines
• Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Hubspot, or Salesforce
• Preferred experience in HCM and HR Tech
• Strong project management and prioritization skills
