Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Import/Export Operations Specialist to manage international shipment requests and ensure regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage U.S. import clearance activities and ensure compliance with Participating Government Agency requirements
• Conduct export compliance checks and prepare necessary shipping documentation
• Perform post-clearance reviews and propose corrective actions for compliance issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in import/export operations or regulatory compliance
• Experience with trade compliance, logistics, or supply chain operations
• Knowledge of compliance tracking tools and ERP systems like SAP
• Ability to conduct root cause analysis and implement process improvements
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
