Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior In-House Paralegal for a full-time engagement opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

Manage commercial contracts through ContractWorks or other CLM programs
Handle leases and collaborate with outside counsel on litigation matters
Support the legal team during maternity leave from mid-June through November

Required Qualifications

7+ years of in-house paralegal experience
Experience managing commercial contracts and handling leases
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate
Prior in-house healthcare experience preferred, but not required
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
