Senior Incentive Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Incentive Analyst, Global Partner Experience (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end processing of partner incentive payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Serve as the operational subject matter expert for incentive payments, addressing inquiries and discrepancies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in payment processes and maintain operational documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years in partner or channel program management focused on incentive strategy
• Working knowledge of partner incentives and their impact on Go-to-Market strategies
• Strong experience with SFDC reporting and proficiency in Excel/Sheets
• Analytical background with the ability to identify anomalies in data
