Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Incentive Consultant.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and refine incentive programs in collaboration with business leaders, HR, and Finance to ensure alignment with strategic goals and compliance
- Oversee the administration of incentive plans, ensuring accuracy and compliance through quality control processes and documentation
- Analyze performance data and develop reports to guide decisions and enhance visibility into incentive program effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in incentive compensation and analytics at a financial institution
- Strong knowledge of the incentive compensation regulatory environment
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work with large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
