Key Responsibilities

• Process new lighting incentive applications and validate documentation for compliance
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide guidance on program requirements
• Assist with internal collaboration and support process improvements for incentive processing

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in customer service or administrative operations
• A high school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
• Experience in incentive processing or detailed data processing
• Desire to contribute to clean energy efforts and support local businesses
• Ability to work fully remote within Oregon
