Senior Incentive Processor

Job Summary

Supporting a residential energy efficiency program, the full-time Senior Incentive Processor will review and process incentive applications for energy efficiency upgrades while communicating with customers and contractors remotely from Oregon.

Key responsibilities:

• Review and confirm the completeness and accuracy of incentive applications submitted by customers and contractors
• Enter and maintain data in incentive databases, processing applications through to payment
• Communicate with customers and contractors to clarify project qualifications and resolve disputed rebate claims

Required qualifications:

• Strong computer skills and comfort working across multiple systems and databases
• Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and thoroughness
• Ability to work independently and manage workload without close supervision
• Energy efficiency industry background is a plus, but not required
• Oregon-based candidates preferred
