Senior Incentives Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Incentives & Strategy Analyst to design, evaluate, and optimize incentive programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to optimize and expand incentive programs and implement improvements
• Analyze fill patterns and user journey behavior to determine the incremental value driven by incentive programs
• Monitor ongoing program performance and produce reporting on insights and trends

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an analytical role collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with dashboarding and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
• Experience in analytics at a technology or healthcare company is a plus
• Familiarity with loyalty or discount programs is advantageous
