Senior Incentives Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting the Medical Nutrition and Atrium sales organizations, the full-time Senior Incentives Analyst will manage incentive data, enhance automation processes, and provide analytical insights to drive performance and credibility within a remote or hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and research account assignments to assess their impact on incentive payouts and field behavior
- Execute and improve sales incentive plan documentation using digital tools for streamlined processes
- Interpret sales and distributor data to identify trends and opportunities affecting incentive outcomes
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in business, management, or a related field preferred
- 5 years of relevant job experience is preferred
- Experience with automation tools and a digital mindset to enhance process efficiencies
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar programs
- Experience supporting sales incentive compensation programs within healthcare or related industries is a plus
