Senior Incident Commander

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Incident Commander in Site Reliability Engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage high-severity incidents and lead response teams for timely resolution
• Train teams on incident response protocols and improve incident management processes
• Conduct postmortem sessions, track improvements, and communicate updates to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in incident management and SRE or Security Operations, preferably in a SaaS environment
• Strong technical background to understand complex systems and troubleshoot issues
• Experience with postmortem processes and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Must be able to work in the US
