Key Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate incident management processes and major incident resolutions
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures and training materials for service excellence
• Monitor and report on incident management programs to ensure continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Incident Management, including leadership of major incidents
• Experience with Incident Management tools and monitoring platforms
• Knowledge of cloud and on-premise system architecture and design
• Experience in troubleshooting techniques in a 24x7x365 environment
• Ability to analyze incident data and trends for operational success metrics
