Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the full-time Senior Incident Management Manager will oversee the "Order-to-Cash," "Procure-to-Pay," and "Record-to-Report" lifecycles, ensuring the resilience and scalability of the global SaaS ecosystem while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Site Reliability Engineers (SREs), fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning
- Transition incident management from reactive support to proactive engineering, aligning team goals with broader digital transformation initiatives
- Own the Major Incident Response process and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure improvements and reduce manual toil
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Engineering, including 2+ years in a management role
- Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay cycles, with the ability to assess technical risks in business contexts
- Experience managing enterprise ecosystems such as NetSuite, SAP, Workday, or Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of Networking, Identity Management, and Endpoint Management
- Proficiency with monitoring tools like Datadog, Splunk, New Relic, or Prometheus
