Required Qualifications:

Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical field
8+ years of technical industry experience, including as a Technical Program Manager or equivalent technical leader
Experience running Incident Management / operational excellence initiatives
Managed incidents as an incident commander or call leader
Experience improving and delivering reliable software through continuous integration, automated testing, and code reviews
