Key Responsibilities

Guide a team of SREs, providing technical mentorship and defining execution roadmaps
Lead incident management efforts, identifying root causes and implementing preventative measures
Drive automation initiatives and optimize system performance through analysis and tooling

Required Qualifications

B.S. in Computer Science or a related field
Experience leading DevOps or SRE teams
IT project management experience
Expertise in scripting languages such as shell script and Python
Experience with cloud services (AWS) and critical production support
