Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Incident Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the Incident Commander during major incidents, coordinating teams for timely resolution
  • Own the incident management lifecycle, ensuring adherence to a single workflow and communication path
  • Lead post-incident reviews to document root causes and track corrective actions to completion


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Incident Management or related roles
  • Proven ability to lead post-incident reviews and drive corrective actions
  • Strong understanding of incident management frameworks for digital banking
  • Good understanding of cloud infrastructure, APIs, and networking concepts
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
