Senior Incident Response Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Incident Response Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a comprehensive security stack for endpoint management, vulnerability management, and incident management
• Design and implement APIs for security functions and provide consultancy on risk assessment and security vulnerability mitigation
• Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize and address complex security issues identified during reviews

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in application security, scripting, or automation
• Experience in Information Security, Cybersecurity, and Identity and Access Management (IAM)
• Hands-on experience securing cloud applications and infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred
• Solid understanding of security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques
