Senior Incident Response Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Incident Response Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a comprehensive security stack, including endpoint and incident management
• Design and implement APIs for security functions to be utilized by other teams
• Collaborate with engineering teams to address complex security issues and provide expert consultancy on risk assessment and threat modeling

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in application security, scripting, or automation
• Hands-on experience securing cloud applications and infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Solid understanding of security vulnerabilities and remediation techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred
• Experience with tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and various programming languages (Go, JavaScript, Python, etc.)
