Senior Incident Response Engineer

Job Summary

Leading high-impact incident response activities, the full-time Senior Incident Response Engineer will coordinate complex security incidents, perform advanced threat hunting, and provide expert guidance on incident containment and recovery while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead responses to critical security incidents, coordinating efforts across teams and external partners
• Conduct advanced forensic analysis and develop strategies for incident containment and recovery
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers and lead incident response exercises to prepare the team

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of cybersecurity experience with a focus on incident response and forensic analysis
• Proven experience leading responses to large-scale security incidents
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles and security technologies, including SIEM and EDR
• Hands-on experience with malware reverse engineering and threat hunting
• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
