Senior Incident Response Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Specialist, Resiliency Incident Response (PST).

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, escalate, prioritize, communicate, and coordinate incidents while adhering to the incident response process
• Respond to automated alerts and investigate potential incidents using monitoring and logging tools
• Document incidents and engage in post-incident analysis for continuous improvement of resiliency operations

Required Qualifications

• Technical and customer support experience, including familiarity with logging and monitoring tools
• Understanding of API (REST and GraphQL), JSON/XML, and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JS/Jquery)
• Experience in high-pressure environments, able to prioritize and execute effectively
• Strong knowledge of the company's platform and its use by merchants
• Ability to demonstrate coordination and leadership skills
