Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Industrial Designer.

Key Responsibilities

• Mentor Product Designers, providing guidance and support for professional growth
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine design strategy and requirements for new and existing products
• Generate innovative design concepts and present proposals to stakeholders for feedback and approval

Required Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Industrial Design, Product Design, Mechanical Design, Engineering, or a related field
• 10+ years of proven experience in product design with a successful product launch track record
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successful product designs
• Experience in manufacturing processes and materials, particularly in interior construction
• Proficiency in 3D design tools and software, including AutoCAD and SolidWorks
