Senior Industrial Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Warehouse Senior Industrial Engineer to support continuous improvement initiatives across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze data to identify process gaps and implement improvements
• Manage continuous improvement projects to enhance business performance metrics
• Coach employees on engineering methodologies and Lean principles to achieve operational excellence

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Supply Chain with five years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with three years of experience
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau) and database programming (SQL, DAX)
• Experience with Lean methodologies, Value Stream Mapping, and Quality Management Systems
• Familiarity with warehouse design tools and material handling solutions
