Senior Industrial Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the optimization and scaling of fulfillment network infrastructure, the full-time Senior Industrial Engineer will own long-term facility design strategies and drive execution of multi-million-dollar capital projects while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Capitalize on and lead end-to-end launch strategies for new fulfillment centers and major retrofits, managing multi-million-dollar capital expenditure budgets
• Define network-wide standards for storage capacity and layout engineering while integrating advanced automation to maximize density and throughput
• Lead complex layout overhauls using advanced CAD/SketchUp modeling and predictive data analytics to align design with inventory metrics and forecasts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related quantitative field
• 5+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, fulfillment network planning, or large-scale logistics program management
• Proven track record of successfully scoping and deploying $5M+ capital projects
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD/SketchUp and expert-level data extraction and modeling capabilities (SQL, Power BI, Python, or simulation tools)
• Demonstrated ability to influence executive stakeholders and manage high-performing project teams in complex environments
