Senior Industrial Estimator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Industrial Estimator.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed cost estimates for civil, structural, and mechanical project components
• Analyze drawings and project requirements to determine constructability and cost impacts
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure estimate accuracy and alignment with execution plans

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in engineering or construction from an ABET accredited institution +8 years of experience or equivalent
• Estimating experience is required
• US Citizenship is required due to the nature of work
• 7-10 years of estimating experience in industrial or large-scale commercial construction is preferred
• Proficiency in estimating software and a solid understanding of construction means and methods
