Senior Industrial Services Representative
Job Summary
Partnering with the Industrial Sales team, the full-time Senior Industrial Technical Services Representative will drive industrial and hazardous waste sales revenue growth, provide customer support, and apply technical knowledge to consult with clients on transportation and disposal options while working remotely during Central Time hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers in developing transportation and disposal options for industrial and hazardous wastes
- Process profiles, contracts, and billing inquiries while maintaining and building customer relationships
- Train and mentor new Technical Service Representatives and assist with onboarding initiatives
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- 3 years of industry experience
- Applicable regulatory training
