Senior Industrial Technical Services Representative
Job Summary
To drive industrial and hazardous waste sales revenue growth, the full-time Senior Industrial Technical Services Representative will partner with the Industrial Sales team, provide customer service, and apply technical knowledge to consult with clients on transportation and disposal options while working remotely on Pacific Time hours.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in developing transportation and disposal options for industrial and hazardous wastes
- Process profiles, contracts, and credit requests while resolving customer issues and billing inquiries
- Train and mentor new and existing Technical Service Representatives and Industrial Sales Coordinators
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
- 3 years of industry experience (in addition to education requirement)
- Applicable regulatory training
