Senior Industry Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Industry Analyst who will manage product knowledge-based tickets and contribute to a comprehensive knowledge base.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve product tickets from stakeholders, ensuring timely responses
• Lead the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive knowledge base related to product features and industry trends
• Conduct research and analysis of industry trends and market dynamics to provide actionable insights

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in industry analysis, product management, or related field
• Experience with ticketing systems and knowledge base management preferred
• Experience and knowledge of relevant products and services is a plus
