Senior Informatica Instructor

Job Summary

Delivering high-impact training experiences remotely, the full-time Senior Informatica Instructor will guide customers, partners, and employees in mastering Informatica products through engaging workshops and courses.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training experiences focused on Informatica products, including hands-on workshops and instructor-led courses
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear learning moments for diverse audiences
• Partner with cross-functional teams to continuously improve learning experiences and provide technical guidance to customers

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience in a technical, enablement, education, or customer-facing role
• Demonstrated technical aptitude with enterprise systems, particularly in data integration and data warehousing
• Strong public speaking and presentation skills with experience leading workshops or trainings
• Experience delivering virtual or in-person learning using collaboration platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Education, Information Technology, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
