A company is looking for a Senior Analyst - Informatics to support the Complaint, Grievances and Appeals team.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and build reporting on appeal volumes and patterns
Collaborate with analysts and business partners to gather requirements for reporting needs
Prepare and clean data to ensure accuracy and maintain existing dashboards

Required Qualifications

1+ year experience in an analytical role
1+ year experience with querying and joining multiple data sources, primarily GCP
Experience with data manipulation and applications like Alteryx, Dataiku, and Tableau Prep
Experience in claims or appeals analytics
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, HealthCare Informatics, or related fields
