Senior Informatics Clinician
Job Summary
Supporting clinical data analysis and project coordination, the full-time Senior Informatics Clinician will engage with external partners and senior informatics staff to enhance patient safety and streamline clinical workflows in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist in projects that improve clinical data quality and workflows
- Define requirements for innovative capabilities using clinical data in solutions
- Serve as a clinical subject matter expert by analyzing and communicating clinical data results to stakeholders
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a clinical discipline and 5+ years of relevant clinical or informatics experience, or an advanced clinical degree with relevant experience
- Experience contributing to complex health information technology initiatives
- Proficiency in creating and delivering clinical data analyses
- Advanced knowledge of data querying and manipulation using tools like Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Experience with clinical terminologies such as RxNorm and SNOMED
