Senior Informatics Manager

Job Summary

Leading a dynamic team, the full-time Senior Informatics Manager will execute complex data analyses to enhance health plan-level risk adjustment performance, collaborating remotely with various departments to deliver actionable insights and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate health plan performance using advanced analytics to identify trends and opportunities across Medicaid populations
• Design and execute complex analyses leveraging healthcare data, translating findings into actionable strategies
• Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards while ensuring data accuracy and governance

Required qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in healthcare analytics, specifically with claims and encounter data
• 2+ years of leadership experience managing or mentoring team members
• Experience with government-regulated healthcare programs (Medicaid, Medicare, and/or ACA)
• Advanced technical skills in Google Cloud Platform (GCP)/Big Query, SQL, SAS, or Python
• Proven ability to translate technical analyses into actionable business insights
