Senior Information Protection Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Information Protection Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Define information protection security requirements for new applications and projects
• Integrate existing information protection program technologies and policies into new applications
• Conduct risk assessments and provide technical support for audits and examinations

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in computer science/information systems or equivalent experience
• Industry Standard Certifications such as CompTIA Security + or ISC2 CISSP
• Four or more years of relevant IT work experience, including two years in information security
• Demonstrated understanding of information protection principles and application security concepts
• Financial industry experience is a plus
