Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Information Protection Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and manage DLP solutions to enhance data governance and classification
• Develop and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies to protect sensitive information
• Monitor data activities for potential breaches and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with typically 7+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in data governance, data security, or data loss prevention
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Purview, Proofpoint, and Symantec DLP solutions
• Strong understanding of data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA)
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP or CIPP are preferred
